We’re proud of our roots and the community that continues to shape us. Field Brewing has been a locally owned since 2018, founded by husband-and-wife Greg and Jackie Dikos. Their vision grew from a shared passion for natural ingredients, the energy of the outdoors, and meaningful time with friends and family.

Our chef-driven menu is a celebration of the seasons, with every dish made from scratch using fresh and often locally sourced ingredients. The same care and intention go into our beer – brewed in-house with only the finest natural ingredients. We believe great beer, like great food, begins with a deep respect for where it comes from and how it’s made.
